Avoid queues at the registration desk, track your attendees in real-time and reduce the potential for human error in your registration system. EasyBADGE has your name written all over it!

This powerful and easy-to-use registration system allows you to print namebadges on-site instantly. The system is very simple. Before the event, attendees receive a personal barcode via confirmation email. The list of confirmed attendees is entered into an easyBADGE database and when guests arrive onsite, their personal barcode is scanned by a hostess (either on paper or on screen) and the badge of the guest is printed instantly.

The badge can be PVC or paper, on one page or more. NFC compliant badges also exist.

Live tracking of your attendees is possible via the instuituve Dashboard system where you can look up a specific guest or review attendance statitics. This is an offline system and does not require an internet connection.

Add-ons are available for collecting manual signatures on touch-screen technology and for sending targeted SMS notifications to guests.

The OneTec system is capable of sending up to 10,000 emails to unique recipients. It offers you the possibility to communicate with your customers quickly and easily.

With EasyMAIL, our expert team of developers will create a custom email template in line with your branding enabling you to manage the content of each email campaign. Your communications are then sent to the contacts in your database from a dedicated white list server, ensuring your important communications never end up in SPAM folders.

The system scrupulously respects the Belgian law in terms of mass emailing and privacy and an unsubscribe button is included on each mailing.

Since you manage the content of the emails, they can include pictures, hyperlinks, logos and plain text. They will be sent from a dedicated email address associated with your event and you will be notified of any undelivered emails in real-time. You can even schedule your campaigns in advance to be sent at a specified date and time.

Ordering different furniture and equipment for each exhibition booth is always a lengthy and stressful job for exhibition organisers.

EasyBOOK offers you the possibility to create an online catalogue of furniture that is available with pictures and descriptions. Multiple users can populate the catalogue with information, including your team and your suppliers.

With secure access, each exhibitor can browse the online catalogue and order their exhibition booth and its furniture via an online shopping basket. Once the order is complete, the exhibition organiser has access to an Excel database of each exhibitor’s requirements.

EasyBOOK also makes it easy for the exhibition organiser to contact each exhibitor with a personalised message confirming their order.
